Strong Women of Essex
To celebrate the ‘Snapping The Stiletto Exhibition’ at Chelmsford Museum, we interviewed our very own Natalie Rodrigues from the centre management team to find out her thoughts on what it takes to be a strong woman of Essex!
- What makes you a strong woman?
Having the determination to push through even though it all feels overwhelming!
- What advice would you give to your younger self?
Live more in the moment and give yourself time to fully explore before moving onto the next thing!
- Name three other women who inspire you…
My mum, my daughter and my inner child!
- Can you share a favourite piece of advice another woman has given you?
My favourite saying is Eleanor Roosevelt ‘do something every day that scares you!’ I don’t personally do it but it is inspirational for staying strong!
- Finish this sentence. Being a strong woman is…
..what has contributed to and enhanced all of my relationships as wife, mother and daughter and friend! It’s the only way to go!
