Spooktacular Saturday at High Chelmer this weekend
It’s going to be a day of Halloween-themed free fun and games at High Chelmer this Saturday, as the centre hosts a special ‘Spooky Station’ event.
From 11am to 4pm, children of all ages can take part in a whole range of ghoulish goings on and scary shenanigans, including face painting and an assortment of fun and games. Youngsters will also be able to let their imaginations run wild with pumpkin decorating and a spooky trail around the Chelmsford shopping centre.
High Chelmer Centre Manager, Mick McDonagh, said he was looking forward to a spooktacular day of spine-chilling Halloween fun. “We’re very much looking forward to our Spooky Station day,” said Mick. “We’ve got a great day of free fun, games and more lined up for everyone to get into the Halloween mood.
“As a key part of the Chelmsford community, we really enjoy being able to host free events like this for families to come and take part in. I’m sure that our Spooky Station is set to go down a treat. I think we’re going to get some great creations coming out of the pumpkin decorating in particular.”
The Spooky Station Halloween event will be taking place from 11am to 4pm on Saturday 28 October and is free for children of all ages to take part in.
