On Saturday 30th October High Chelmer invited shoppers to enjoy some ghostly goings on and freaky frolics at High Chelmer's Central Square. Our spellbinding storyteller mesmerised the little ones with horror-tastic tales of witches and wizards and our fiendish face painters transformed young and old into devils, demons, ghouls and goblins! What's more, there was even a Trick or Treat Trail around the centre giving shoppers the chance to win £100!
