3 Foot People Festival 2009

From 1st to 3rd July, the popular 3 Foot People Festival returned to Central Park. Exclusively for toddlers, the event featured plenty of activities and shows to keep both boys and girls amused. High Chelmer's Fun Zone marquee gave little ones the chance to enjoy themselves in a giant ball pit as well as being entertained by Billy Bubbles who created balloon art on the day.
