This is a working manager post not a laptop & desk job. You must enjoy leading from the front alongside your small team prepping food and serving customers. Small amount of admin but 95% of the time you will be working on the front line (the counter) leading, motivating, and coaching.
Must be able to demonstrate significant relevant experience with another fast service high street restaurant chain such as McDonalds, Subway, KFC etc.
Ideal opportunity for an existing assistant manager or duty manager to climb the ladder to your first managers post.
