High Chelmer’s Bank Holiday hours are 9.30am to 5.00pm, however, individual store hours may vary.

The customer toilets in the West Mall are open daily from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am – 5pm Sunday’s and Bank Holidays. There are also public toilets located in Market Road.
